Construction of one-way stretched plastic geogrid retaining wall Note: Unidirectionally stretched plastic geogrid is divided into polypropylene plastic geogrid and polyethylene plastic geogrid according to the material. In the use of soil walls, plastic geogrids of both materials can be used, but polystyrene plastic geogrids have better creep strength than polypropylene plastic geogrids at the same tensile strength. If a polypropylene plastic geogrid is used, a higher tensile strength should be used. 2. The layered rolling must reach the specified degree of compaction. Large machines must not be used within 1.5 meters of the outside of the retaining wall. 3. If steel-plastic geogrid is used, the product with high strength of joint peeling force should be selected, preferably the steel-plastic composite geogrid with convex point.
